The Project Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner, driving the successful execution of
PumpMan projects from inception to completion. This critical role involves coordinating with diverse teams across sales, service, administration, and finance to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, optimizing project workflows, and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Utilize project management tools and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare comprehensive project status reports, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or commensurate experience (preferred)
Proven track record of success in project management, preferably in the water or wastewater industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in change management and risk mitigation.
