Ensure compliance with company standards in food quality and merchandising while managing resources and assets efficiently.
Lead district operations in line with established policies and under the direction of the Vice President.
Conduct operational audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost financial performance and efficiency.
Develop and manage forecasts at both unit and district levels to achieve financial targets.
Uphold and advance company programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
Provide direct leadership to managers, supporting their growth and fostering strong client relationships.
