Job Description:
We are seeking an outstanding Capital Markets Analyst to join our NYC team. You'll work directly with seasoned professionals on high-profile transactions, including IPOs, Follow-Ons, Private Placements, and SPAC-related capital raises.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage capital raise offerings and communicate with clients and advisors.
Research and maintain investor and market data.
Prepare pitch materials and model complex transactions.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm.
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant Investment Banking experience.
Strong academic background and quantitative/technical skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
US work authorization.
Relevant licenses (Series 7, 63, 79).
