Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Controller. The Assistant to the Controller will be responsible for administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in executive administrative assistance
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Advanced Microsoft Excell experience and knowledge
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
