We are currently seeking a Fence and Guardrail Superintendent to work out of our office in Charlotte, NC location.
Responsibilities
Oversee project operations with the successful management of fence and guardrail projects.
Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and help oversee its quality control, organization, scheduling, and implementation.
With direction from the General Superintendent and Project Managers, direct the day-to-day operations of a project including ordering materials, coordinating logistics, and managing daily production.
Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions.
Obtain all inspections and ensure the quality aspects of the physical work are fully documented.
Ensure all aspects of the project comply with contract terms and legal requirements governing the project and the community in which it takes place
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a superintendent and 5+ years of experience in the fence construction industry (commercial, residential, and public).
Must have knowledge of all job duties and responsibilities for all aspects of the work.
Ability to perform bids based on scope of work
