Traveling Superintendent (Wastewater) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Traveling Superintendent to join our Wastewater team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within their specialty, as well as providing leadership and direction to the project staff. The Traveling Superintendent will have a solid understanding of the construction process from procurement to completion and will be expected to ensure that all projects are being completed within the specified parameters and that all safety regulations are being followed.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise work activities for Wastewater projects.
Develop and maintain budgets and project timelines.
Manage personnel resources to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times.
Provide technical support to team members.
Address any issues regarding the projects progress.
Ensure that all quality standards are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Superintendent, Construction, WWTP, MEP, Mechanical Construction, Pump Stations, and Civil Construction.
Ability to travel to various locations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
Proficient in the use of related software programs.
