Responsibilities:
Manage lead flow for outside sales. This includes working with our inside sales personnel, outside vendors such as Prospector, our web marketing team and securing leads yourself.
Work closely with outside sales team to target key areas of growth.
Make calls daily to follow up and prospect businesses.
Make sure that all leads that are given to sales are detailed and have been vetted and are strong leads.
Work with sales/ops to mine areas around existing customers.
Maintain our presence on social media.
Develop marketing campaigns for old bids and update information in our data base.
Develop marketing campaigns for potential franchises and accounts that have canceled.
Work with different sources to generate potential leads.
Research specific vertical markets that we are successful in and target them with a marketing campaign comprised of calls, emails and mailers.
Participate in Chamber of Commerce events, lead sharing organizations and community events to promote the Vanguard brand.
Requirements:
Very detailed organizational skills
At least 2 years experience in researching and identifying high quality leads.
Have experience using Salesforce CRM
Have experience using Constant Contact.
Have experience in putting together and managing marketing campaigns.
Have a professional presence in communicating with customers.
