Job Description Hill International is seeking a MEP Project Manager in Washington, DC Responsibilities
Serve as one of Hill's six on-site project managers with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting.
Incumbent reports to a Senior Project Manager for Operations and another Senior Project Manager for Project Controls in a matrix organizational structure.
Qualifications
A minimum 8 years of relevant work experience required.
Professional registration as RA, PE, or CCM is preferred but not required.
Relevant experience managing Construction Manager as Constructor ("CMc") or Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR)" project delivery is preferred.
General Contractor experience in managing federal construction projects is preferred.
Experience with federal QA process is preferred.
Experience managing historic renovation construction projects is preferred.
Strong electrical experience is preferred
