5+ years experience
Can navigate an organization with multiple stakeholders
Candidate will work with a well developed existing design system, portfolios should include demonstrations of enterprise complex workflows

Experience in proactively collaborating with Product Managers to define requirements, soft skills are going to be important. This person is backfilling a role where the stakeholders are cooperative & invested, but have high expectations for the UXD guiding/leading design solutions, they must be able to properly manage up, gather requirements, be familiar with the respective clinician use cases/pain-points & how their business operates, & be comfortable taking initiative.
