The Inventory Control Supervisor manages inventory levels and ensures its accuracy within the DC. This position is responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying variances, trends, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy while minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency. Manage day to day cycle counting process and supervise multiple cycle counters. Employee will also responsible for managing MAWM cycle count UI, work closely with DC supervisors and managers in all area within the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven work experience as lead or supervisor
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Ability to input, retrieve and analysis data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bi-lingual-able to speak and understand (Spanish) is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work extended days and weekends as business needs requirements

Scan products into locations
Strong leadership and communications skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise cycle counters and execute daily cycle count schedule and process.
Analyze inventory levels and trends to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory movements and analyze data.
