The Role:
As a Regional Pricing Analyst, you will be integral in shaping and executing the pricing strategies across your region. Your key focus will be on enhancing market positioning, optimizing gross margins, and leveraging opportunities to shift from OEM to alternative brands. You'll apply your strong analytical abilities and business insight to support the strategic growth of our product portfolio and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage pricing strategies within your designated region.
Support the enhancement of market competitiveness and improve the company's price perception.
Optimize gross margins through data-driven pricing approaches.
Manage pricing for a diverse portfolio, including OEM, OCM, and alternative brands.
Identify and act on opportunities to shift from OEM to alternative products.
Collaborate with global teams to drive product development and expansion.
Conduct competitive analysis by geography and product line, and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Monitor the effectiveness of market-driven pricing adjustments, analyzing their impact on sales volume and margins.
Partner closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies, including occasional travel within the region.
Who You Are:
You're an analytical thinker who loves working with numbers and solving complex pricing challenges. You bring a strong business sense and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. With experience in pricing or product management, ideally within an industrial or aftermarket setting, you are comfortable managing a large number of SKUs and adjusting to changing market conditions.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in pricing analysis or management, with a track record of identifying and executing pricing improvements.
Strong business acumen with experience in sectors such as industrial components, material handling, or automotive.
Ability to manage a complex and diverse product portfolio.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing strategies.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in pricing analysis or a related role preferred.
