We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Policy Services team. A qualified candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be customer focused, detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline driven environment. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and finalize policy adjustments
Processing transactions for multiple lines of businesses, systems and products
Assist clients by phone and written correspondence including email
Research and interpret life and annuity policies
Organization of print, fax and email paperwork
Scanning of documents to electronic image system
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
Two years of college level studies or at least two years of customer service experience
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Unparalleled customer service orientation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a growing business
Ability to take on new tasks as needed
Strong skills with Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Demonstrates initiative and persistence
