Role Description
This is a full-time Construction Project Manager role based out of Chattahoochee Construction Group's Roswell, GA office. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing/improving client relationships, expediting project timelines and ensuring on-time-deliveries, project cost control, leading and managing field staff and trade partners, leading all coordination between project key players and groups, ensuring the entire project team meets the project goals that are set forth, and ensuring overall project and company success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
5 years minimum in a Commercial General Contractors Project Management position
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Have a strong character of integrity, positivity, discipline, creativity, determination, enthusiasm, resilience, persistence, motivation, self-starter/self-driven, and ambition
