Construction Foreman Position Overview The Construction Foreman will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of workers, coordinate tasks, and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and manage a team of workers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on the job site.
Monitor project progress and report on status to management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and accuracy.
Manage materials and equipment on site, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus.
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, underground construction, and concrete work.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
