Hybrid Loan Officer Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Hybrid Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to self-generate leads and hold an NMLS license, with a focus on building strong client relationships and facilitating smooth loan processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through self-generation and networking activities.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a clear understanding of their options and requirements.
Analyze applicant financial information to determine eligibility for various loan products.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline the loan processing system and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid NMLS license.
Proven ability to self-generate leads in a sales environment.
Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
