LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for an ITS Lead to support our contract at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA.
Compensation: $120,000.00
LOCATION: Presidio of Monterey, CA
Position Overview:
This position provides the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Oversees the Tier 1, and Tier 2 service desk technicians, Remote Site Support Tier 2 technician and Imaging Technicians at Presidio of Monterey, CA and Alexandria, VA.
Job Duties:
Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. They will be required to develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems. They will have the ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Develops, maintains, and implements all systems, applications, and networking configurations.
Job Requirements:
Educational requirements include an AS/AA Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent technical experience.
Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, Microsoft SCCM, or Jamf Pro.
Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently.
Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and server systems
Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
Familiarity with network troubleshooting
Professional customer service skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Experience working and leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience requirements include seven years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Windows or Apple Certified Technician
Clearance: NACLC
Certifications: IAT Level II
