Our Challenge:

Looking for Data Engineers need in-depth knowledge of SQL Server SSIS, ETL.

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Monitor ETL jobs for errors and performance issues, troubleshooting and resolving any problems as they arise.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and testing processes.
  • Document ETL processes and workflows for future reference and compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and ETL technologies.

Requirements:

You are:
  • Proven experience in data engineering, including developing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
  • Proficient in developing with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS stack.
  • Expertise in designing and managing cloud-based data solutions on Azure .
  • Knowledge or experience in Apache tools, including Airflow, Spark, and Hadoop.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python or C#.
  • Experience with real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture, such as Apache Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.
  • Knowledgeable in data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Ability to understand and optimize current database architecture for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Proven ability to optimize data performance and efficiency by tuning SQL queries and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, design scalable data solutions, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in data engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
