Position Purpose
The Director, Professional Services will lead the technical delivery team for a multi-million Professional Services business within the Digital Channels Business Unit . The team is focused on selling and delivering custom technical solutions and consulting services to our clients. This role will lead a staff of professional services technicians to ensure timely, high quality delivery of online banking and mobile banking projects. The PS Director is responsible for driving business development opportunities by coordinating and delivering proposals, interacting with clients to define their short-term and long-term needs, resolution of client escalations, and the operational excellence of the technical delivery team.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field required.
10+ years overall management experience in computer software industry, preferably in a systems integration/consulting organization.
Significant financial services industry experience, preferably online banking/cores.
5+ years management experience in software implementation delivery.
5+ years of experience managing professional services implementations.
Proven experience setting and managing teams to meet or exceed KPIs.
Significant experience managing new teams with emphasis on talent evaluation, development, and accountability.
Significant experience in delivering via complete product development life cycles, including "waterfall" development & agile development.
Ability to travel 25%

Provide appropriate inputs into the product development process to ensure that our products continue to support market needs.
