Project Overview: This project is a ServiceNow HelpDesk implementation.

Position Overview: ServiceNow and information security to design, implement, and optimize security operations and automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of security operations, risk management, and incident response while being highly skilled in configuring and managing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and GRC.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for automating workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
  • Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and experience with third-party security tools integration (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, incident response, and threat intelligence.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Clearance: Candidate will need to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Location: Preference for candidates to be in the Virginia, DC or Maryland area and able to come into the office once a week but will also consider fully remote candidates
