Position Overview: Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support their team with administrative and project-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in construction project administration, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The Project Administrator will play a key role in facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects and will act as a central point of contact for project updates and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in coordinating and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Handle project billing, invoice tracking, and ensure timely payment processing
Communicate regularly with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant updates for stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project administration or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with document tracking and project management software is a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
