Summary:
The Program Manager will drive metrics and milestone delivery, connecting technical teams to identify and manage interdependencies and fostering a collaborative environment that enhances productivity. By clarifying objectives, setting priorities, measuring performance, and proactively mitigating risks, the Program Manager will ensure that Managed Investments priorities are transparent and effectively delivered.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support delivery metrics and program road mapping across multiple teams.
Provide Agile/Scrum coaching to ensure ongoing improvement in delivery processes.
Facilitate program increment planning and key program meetings, managing associated materials and records.
Connect teams to effectively identify and manage inter-dependencies.
Foster collaborative communication channels and support team-building across the program.
Drive clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures while maintaining documentation.
Assist teams with reporting and mitigating program risks and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional experience, with 2-4 years in project management within technology and/or business functions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC; familiarity with Agile tools.
Proven ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
