Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all onsite activities for vertical construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor onsite construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vertical construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale vertical construction projects (~50,000 sq. footage)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
