We are seeking a skilled contract HRIS Analyst to support our oil and gas industry client's team during a parental leave. The HRIS Analyst role is fully onsite, and the ideal HRIS Analyst candidate will be experienced with Kronos timekeeping, payroll processing, and various accounting functions. The HRIS Analyst position offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with ERP systems, Glovia and Visual, in a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact.
HRIS Analyst Weekly Responsibilities:
Monday: Manage timekeeping and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and on-time processing.
Tuesday: Review the internal job costing system, confirming accurate cost allocations.
Wednesday: Generate labor and reconciliation reports, review AR aging, and prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings.
Thursday & Friday: Support accounts receivable processes, assist in revenue management, and prepare for Monday's payroll activities.
Rapidly adapt to company-specific processes and tasks.
HRIS Analyst Key Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of Kronos timekeeping expertise and 5+ years in advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables and data visualizations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Glovia and Visual ERP systems preferred; experience with Drill Quip a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability within a condensed training period.
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
