Job Responsibilities: • Organization change management in conjunction with enterprise change office. • Owns the enterprise-wide methodologies and tools for delivering change. • Industry background: • Financial/banking, knowledge of project management and methodologies - nice to have
Responsibilities: • Get acclimated to current state, current mindset of the end user mind set when it comes to delivering change • Understanding where we are headed with the Change Navigator • Look at the delta where they are today and where they need to be • Come up with the plan and approach to get us from A to B with the creating and presenting content and managing that plan
Qualifications:
Must Have Technical Skills: • Assist with a culture shift, following standardized process for delivering change • New frame of mind, new ways of doing things • Marketing skillset - understanding how to initiate a change in culture • OCM happens at different levels - have plenty of doers • Looking for direct manager, middle manager layer who have not been as engaged as they should be • Speaking the language of direct manager and middle manager layer • Developing presentations and marketing (PPT) standard office tools - MS office, outlook • Placing focus in the right place • Tailor presentations to the appropriate audience • Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • Potential to use JIRA for managing work
Soft Skills: • strong executive presence, Present, communication, collaboration with various groups, handle lots of information and make it digestible for those who are being impacted by the culture shift • Bachelor's degree required. • Any ProSci certification or organization management certification • Years of experience: Level 4 7 years and up
