Addison Group is working with a prominent Oil/Gas company in search for an experienced IT Project Manager to stand up their current PMO. This role requires 5 days onsite in Midland TX. Please apply to be considered!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Drive project success through effective communication and leadership

Qualifications

1. 5 years of proven experience managing enterprise IT projects from inception to delivery
2. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
3. Experience with IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives
4. Must be available to work on-site in Midland, TX
5. PMP Certification
6. Stand up PMO
