We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of FPA based in Houston, Texas. The role is integral to our team, focusing on financial planning and analysis within our industry. The incumbent will be responsible for various accounting functions, capital management, and the annual budget process.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of financial analysis experience (minimum)
  • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Oil and Gas experience

Responsibilities:
• Utilize '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'Adaptive Insights', 'CRM', and 'EPM' to efficiently manage accounting functions.
• Oversee the annual budget process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Play a pivotal role in capital management, making strategic decisions to optimize resources.
• Liaise with different business units, fostering collaboration to drive business success.
• Use a variety of accounting functions to maintain financial stability and transparency.
• Regularly review and update accounting software systems to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient.
• Make strategic use of 'Adaptive Insights' to streamline budgeting processes and financial planning.
• Use CRM to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Implement EPM for enterprise performance management, contributing to overall business success.
• Manage the accounting functions of the business, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.
