Responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, marketing plans, promotional and advertising programs, as well as oversees all aspects of product management, including: requirements definition, surgeon customer feedback, product messaging, product launch, sales force and customer engagement, and product forecasting to ensure that existing and new products meet Highridge Medical goals and expectations. There is considerable interface with and support to Sales, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Surgeon Education, Sales Training and other departments within the organization, as well as heavy interface with surgeon customers regarding both new product requirements and existing product support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, mentor team members
Create business strategy plans
Manage education group P&L
Demonstrate strong presentation skills
Create strategic education campaigns and work in lockstep with product marketing to develop all product support materials
Participate in key educational situations for the products
Work in tandem with marketing to plan, organize and develop product support and launch packages
Provide technical expertise and training in support of product development.
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as executive management, sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations to develop and provide an education strategy.
Develop and maintains a prioritized list of training requirements for products.
Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
Create and implement business plans that optimize both the market share and profitability of existing and new products.
Develop and manage KOLs for the respective product groups.

Knowledge of DCS, JDE, Live Link & Impromptu required.
