About the Job: Responsible for day-to-day management of CRM campaign processes from design through deployment and contributing to meet sales growth targets for the CRM Marketing channels.

A day in the life, what you'll be doing:
• Oversee the development and deployment of CRM campaigns including SMS and app, in collaboration with the Email Specialist.
• Test strategies to optimize CRM communications and improve ROI using Cordial capabilities.
• Execute financial forecasting of SMS and mobile app performance by day and week.

o Determine the impact of promotions, products, segmentation and file size.

o Provide recommendations for action based on findings.
• Contribute to the CRM cadence/calendar creation that meets financial goals while also communicating go-to-market strategy and brand storytelling.
• Personalize content to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of CRM activities.
• Collaborate with Direct Planning, Direct Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Brand Marketing teams to support company initiatives.
• Drive innovation in CRM marketing through frequent and ongoing testing and optimization.

What it takes to Join:
• B.A./B.S. Degree; degree in marketing preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of email and SMS marketing.
• Marketing experience, and ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition.
• Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
• Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate efficiently at a tactical level against strategic goals.

Salary Range: $65,761-$72,301

• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.

As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
