As the Retail Channel Marketing Manager, you will be working on cross-functional teams including Category Management, Digital/eBusiness, Sales, Marketing Services and Brand Management to achieve business goals with our retail partner, Lowe's.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail marketing in both retail stores and the digital space. You will have previous omnichannel and business-to-consumer experience, including a strong background in building relationships.

You will also be able to travel approximately 2 times per quarter to customer locations.
Position location - This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Maumee, OH. Onsite days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with category management teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within our current product portfolio as well as expansion areas.
Partner with sales, category management, digital/eBusiness, marketing services and brand management in the areas of:
Growth initiatives
Program development and implementation.
Research including competitive insights and recommendations.
Presentations and training delivery on new and existing products
Build and maintain channel expertise through field travel, attendance at industry events, competitive analysis and close collaboration with sales and business unit partners.
Develop retail channel plans directly tied to joint business planning shared objectives.
Engage with the digital/eBusiness team to execute cohesive online and in-aisle shopping experiences.
Lead channel marketing Product Line Review (PLR) strategy and presentation to merchants with retail specific reset execution and management.
Strive to become a subject matter expert in your area of focus to better meet the needs of our target audiences and business partners.
Establish and manage program and project metrics and budgets.
Provide input to brand, merchandising and commercialization teams to ensure they align with the overall channel strategy and drive the best possible customer experience within specific accounts.
Measure and analyze channel data relating to program/promotional effectiveness and make improvements based on insights.
Partner with marketing services to ensure development of materials to drive product launches, promotions, key marketing campaigns, programs within channel and customer-specific marketing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of sales and or marketing experience.
Experience managing and developing talent within the team.
Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
Demonstrated solid financial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to dive into consumer insights and develop key strategies and tactics to target consumers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and in front of customers.
Proven ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple product categories within the retail channel.
Proven leadership ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple product categories within the retail channel.
Proven success in leading change with results in a matrix organization
Self-starter with ability to get up to speed quickly and collaborate cross-functionally.
I would also add that beyond proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency is a must.
