LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a local services consulting firm on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a part time opportunity reporting directly to the Vice President. C level experience reporting to executives strongly preferred.
Responsibilities: • Scheduling meetings and booking travel • Submitting expense reports • Editing reports and presentations • Managing the vice president's calendar
Qualifications: • 5+ years of prior EA experience, C level reporting preferred • Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant professional experience • Ability to dive in to daily duties and flexible with required work hours • Technical expertise and strong attention to detail
