We're seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our client's team. In this role you will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support a team of legal professionals. This role is ideal for someone who values efficiency, has strong organizational skills, and a passion for serving veteran populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive work environment
Coordinate office activities, schedules, and meetings
Oversee client intake and communication processes, ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients, especially veterans
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expense management
Support the legal team in maintaining case files, scheduling court dates, and tracking deadlines
Handle incoming communications (phone, email) and direct inquiries as appropriate
Ensure that all office functions align with confidentiality and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a legal or similar professional environment
Demonstrated understanding of administrative practices in a legal setting is a plus
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with veteran-related issues or legal matters
