The role we have available is probably best for an early-to-early-mid career briefing professional who wants career growth and the opportunity to engage in programs and experiences beyond traditional briefings - this role offers great opportunity to expand your skillset and grow in new areas. • Develop briefing agendas of low to mid-level complexity; coordinate logistics including catering, printing agendas, tent cards and coordinate all related activities for customers and sales teams. • Manage pre-planning conferences with sales teams and customers to clarify customer and account team objectives • Engage, manage, and develop positive and collaborative relationships with internal resources and subject matter experts across various organizations; refine briefing documents and presentations to ensure message alignment • Support a wide variety of executive meetings with logistics; greet guests and customers; provide on-site support as needed to ensure high quality meeting experiences. • As needed support a broader breadth of activities such as metrics development and simple PowerPoint support - lending your skill to a wide variety of team activities related to reporting and event development. • Actively participate in problem solving and planning sessions that support high quality procedures for briefing planning and execution. May also manage additional customer events in support of Juniper Networks strategic priorities. • Work with fellow Briefing professionals and cross-functional teams in growing programs that support the innovative Juniper briefing experience.
EXPERIENCE • 2-5 years experience developing briefing agendas of low to medium level complexity in an Executive Briefing Center at a technology company. • Work experience in a fast-paced EBC environment; familiarity with Salesforce.com and Briefing Source a plus • PowerPoint skills are a plus - you don't need to be an expert designer but basic skills are desired • Must have strong project management experience, technical skills, public speaking skills, and a proven ability to identify, initiate and drive projects and events to successful completion, on deadline.
