Job Duties: * Support employees by addressing questions and offering assistance * Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave * Coordinate and develop schedules for employees * Facilitate communication with employees via email, text, and phone * Oversee the onboarding process for employees. * Conduct training on timecards and benefits * Provide technical support for employee cell phones and tablets. * Perform data entry tasks to support HR operations as required.
Requirements: * Associate degree required * 2+ years of administrative work experience * Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus!
Additional Info: * Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Location: 100% in office
