Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
Coordinate all site activities, including scheduling, workforce management, and subcontractor supervision.
Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site.
Conduct regular inspections, resolve any arising issues, and adjust project schedules as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for site operations, providing clear communication between field teams, project managers, and clients.
Qualifications:
Significant experience as a Superintendent in HVAC, healthcare, hospitals, airports, or educational facilities.
Strong understanding of design/build construction practices and processes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with construction management software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
