Ipsos MMA is searching for a Product Manager with experience in and a passion for shaping cutting edge marketing analytics tools. This role will be focused on managing components of our Activate software suite, a set of decision support and planning tools used by large marketers to make results driven marketing decisions faster.
Who Might You Be?
Ipsos MMA is a fast-growing organization, so you will need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with frequent milestones. You should have at least five years of experience in product management or related roles on a product related to marketing analytics, ad-tech or marketing-tech in a start-up or corporate environment. You should have some exposure to advertising and marketing technologies.
Experience managing products in using an agile (SCRUM or similar) framework is important, but not as important as your passion for highly usable, exceptionally designed products with cutting edge functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Work with our clients and our internal teams to shape and steer the roadmap and product backlog for the Activate product suite.
Own and manage the requirements and functional designs for the product
Collaborate with our engineering and quality teams to prioritize and plan delivery against the backlog
Collaborate with our implementation to create gold-standard user facing documentation and training materials
Support internal teams as a subject matter expert on our toolset
Stay current on trends in and around marketing measurement as well as the broader AI/ML space and use your knowledge to inspire innovative enhancements to MMA's products
Partner closely across our Consulting and Delivery groups to ensure the optimal use of our applications throughout our project lifecycles.
Key Prerequisite Skills
Qualified candidates should have the following skills:
5+ years proven analytic product management or functional design lead experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence or related domain
Excellent project and management skills, including the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders and features and obsessive attention to detail
Exposure to the marketing analytics space and marketing data and ad-tech ecosystem
Strong, collaborative communicator - including written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge of the traditional and emerging analytic technology landscape
Experience writing and illustrating clear and concise functional designs
Desirable Skills
Experience being a Product Owner in a SCRUM or similar software development methodology
Understanding of high level econometric, machine learning and optimization techniques
Travel
Infrequent travel may be required (5%)
