Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of all sample trafficking both internally and with external partners.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage all product availability related inquiries for Wholesale, DTC photo shoots, and PR needs

Manage Setup, Availability, and appointment management for all sample requests

Ensure Sample Closet(s) is well organized

Coordinate with production to manage sample updates

Assist in the organizing and maintenance of showroom as it pertains to samples

Review seasonal samples with merchandising team and be aware of changes to evaluate the needs of new samples being made
  • Assist with Styling: Support the styling team in creating looks for photoshoots, lookbooks, and marketing materials that showcase our childrenswear collections effectively.
  • Sample Management: Organize and maintain the sample inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and in excellent condition for styling sessions and photoshoots.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion trends and children's style preferences, providing insights and inspiration to the styling team for upcoming collections.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Assist in coordinating photoshoot logistics, including sourcing props, managing schedules, and ensuring that all styling needs are met on set.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, to ensure cohesive communication and execution of styling concepts.

Education and Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Skills and Behaviors:
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques specific to children's clothing.

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Desire to contribute to a positive, solution-oriented and progressive work environment
  • Resourceful, efficient and a self-starter
