Virtue AI seeks an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about AI safety and security. As a Product Manager at Virtue AI, advancements in AI technology and the security risks that have and will continue to emerge are paramount concerns to you. You are ready to product and program manage our engineering teams to address these risks and challenges head on.
As a Product Manager, you will:
Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute on its GTM strategy, including the plan by which we will acquire and retain customers.
Lead well organized collaborative efforts grounded in goals and planning to lead product development cycles across the company.
Work alongside Engineering teams in a highly technical environment to define, scope, and prioritize product development and improvements
Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop our product position and streamlined messaging across all channels.
Track trends in AI security and safety, proposing product solutions and features so that Virtue AI stays at the forefront of AI security and safety
Work with customers to understand their needs and requirements
Play the role of the customer in every room or meeting and advocate for the customer's point of view, needs, and pain points
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of technical product management working directly with software engineering teams
3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience in AI
3+ years of software development experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Startup experience
Experience managing products across disciplines and teams, building processes and coordinating product release schedules.
Experience working with enterprise or developer focused product customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Some front end experience is preferred
3+ years of product management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience defining goals and requirements and reporting to senior leadership
