Qualifications and Skills
M&A associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience (public and private).
Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions.
Superior academic credentials needed.
Must be a Qualified Attorney
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
New York or California bar admission
Salary: $260,000-$365,000
