A top law firm is seeking an Associate with 3-8 years of corporate experience to join this growing team based in their New York office!
This firm are a top Am law 50 firm who specializes in general corporate practice with over 14 offices worldwide.
The Role
Their corporate and financial lawyers have a wealth of knowledge in order to work on a variety of domestic and foreign operations such as:
Mergers and Acquisitions
Capital Markets and Securities Transactions
Emerging Company/Venture Capital
Corporate Governance
Exchange Act Compliance Experience.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be working with the firm in their corporate & finance group.
Qualified candidates must have at least three years of experience in corporate transactional work, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.
Strong negotiating, drafting, and teamwork skills are necessary.
