Program Overview
This 36-month program is designed to accelerate the leadership development of aspiring engineers. Participants will gain broad experience through four rotations in areas such as:
Core Engineering Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality Engineering
Support Engineering: Quality, Product Assurance, Organizational Excellence
Program Management: Engineering program/project leadership in customer projects
Business Development: Engineering services sales strategy and execution

Engineering Disciplines
Mechanical Engineering: Design mechanical components for subsystems and complete systems, primarily for Aerospace & Defense and Health Tech products.
Electrical Engineering: Conduct feasibility analysis, develop hardware architecture and schematics, and assist in bring-up, prototyping, and product realization for Aerospace & Defense and Health Tech projects.
Quality Engineering: Ensure product compliance with laws, standards, and regulations by creating design history files, requirements, analysis, plans, and reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum 3.3 GPA (transcript required).
Strong interest in an engineering career with aspirations for leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., through projects, extracurriculars).
Proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to drive change.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
