We are looking for an Employee Benefits Assistant to join a growing insurance agency in California! This agency has been providing top-tier insurance services for over 50 years! This company is looking for someone who has Employee Benefits experience, an active Life & Health license (or is willing to obtain one once employed), and looking for growth!

The Position:
Assist Account Managers
Reviews and checks policies, endorsements, audits, certificate
Prepare presentations, proposals, summaries, and schedules of coverage for clients
Assists with preparations and proposals for clients
Review and input applications and create letters and other forms of correspondence
Review contracts and client accounting history and inquiries
What we need from you:
Experience - You have 1-2+ years of employee benefits, claims processing, and insurance brokerage experience
Knowledge - You are very knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
Licensed - You currently have your Life & Health License or are willing to obtain one once employed
Software - You are familiar with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other database management systems
