The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the financial performance and organizational goals of the department and achievement of desired metrics. This includes managing the day-to-day service operations, working within budgets, establishing relationships with and providing reports to senior management. Communicate with office staff, Field Service Advisors, technicians, CSS/sales and resolve customer's issues. You play an essential role in customer relations by providing efficient problem-solving and building lasting relationships within the organization and external customers.
