Salary: $70K-$100K + Bonus

We are a General Contractor that has been around for 40 years! Our team has won several awards and we pride ourselves in our work and client relationships. Our specialty is commercial type projects including education, healthcare, corporate, and industrial facilities. We are looking for Estimators to join our team!
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects across multiple sectors including industrial, commercial, construction, healthcare, automotive, education, corporate, religious, and retail. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and industry knowledge to support project planning and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and scope.
Research and gather data on labor costs, materials, and equipment necessary for projects.
Prepare detailed and itemized cost breakdowns for bids and proposals.
Review and negotiate estimates with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor project costs and assist in budget management during project execution.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project costs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Estimator in industrial, commercial, or construction projects.
Strong understanding of financial principles and cost estimation techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
