At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
Person will have excellent hands-on working experience on Oracle fusion Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud.
Person should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud processes.
Person should be conversant with the best HR practices in context of Oracle technologies like fusion - should have commanding knowledge over oracle cloud out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
Person should have excellent understanding of integrating fusion applications with external systems using various integrations options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Oracle Implementation certification on any of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud is desired.
Candidate must be commuting distance from Atlanta, GA or Birmingham AL or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require 50% travel if you are not from same location as the project.
