Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seasoned individual contributor.
  • Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
  • Aids and trains lower-level associates.
  • Provides administrative or technical support at a senior level.
  • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
  • Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
  • Explains practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area.
  • Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job.
  • May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.
  • Works on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Generally works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
  • Determines methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work.
  • Maybe an informal team leader.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Desktop Support; Troubleshooting; RF Guns; Networking; Ticketing .
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-year experience in functional area. (OR) High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
  • Has a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete various tasks.
  • Must-Have: Windows, Troubleshooting, IT Networking, and Microsoft 365 .
  • Nice to Have: Microsoft Autopilot, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment.
