The Field Solutions Architect supports the sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. This role involves collaborating with field sales and product teams to identify customer needs, offer technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Solutions Architect conducts product demos, provides training, and delivers technical presentations, both on-site and remotely. They are responsible for understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate product solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the technical side of the sales process, both pre- and post-sales.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to customers and prospects, working closely with field sales and product teams.
- Communicate product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel to customer locations to conduct demos and provide technical support.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to prospective and current customers.
- Stay updated on the technical aspects of current and upcoming products.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience (3+ years).
- Knowledge of AV systems (e.g., projectors, video conferencing, digital signage) and technical terminology related to display/touch technology.
- Familiarity with network, wireless, internet, and various computer systems and components.
- Proficiency in Windows, iOS, Android OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Crestron/Extron control systems, and Microsoft Teams Rooms configuration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel and manage time effectively.
- CTS certification is a plus.
