Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Improves system performance or process flow by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
This might be an outstanding fit if you:
Hold an Associates or Bachelor in a related field is preferred)- Diploma or GED required.
1- 2 years of applicable working experience is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated and have strong work ethics to complete tasks.
Adhere to stringent schedules.
Work independently and efficiently after adequate training
Take initiative to seek guidance when undertaking unfamiliar challenges.
Be able to communicate effectively with ANY team member remotely or in-person to escalate resource conflicts, update progress, and summarize conclusions.
