Our Client is seeking an experienced Director of Offsite Purchasing to lead procurement for residential projects across California. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years in residential homebuilding, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and analyze products and construction methods to enhance profitability.
- Oversee off-site budgets and cost analyses.
- Provide budgetary figures for land transactions.
- Manage contract breaches and cost variances.
- Support accounts payable with invoice discrepancies.
- Create management reports and foster a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree; minimum 5 years of offsite purchasing experience in residential construction.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and basic construction methods.
- Understanding of SWPPP regulations for California is a plus.

**Compensation**: $125K - $180K per year, with discretionary bonuses.
