Reports to: Department Head
Office: On-Site.
Primary Role:
- Provide service and marketing expertise for assigned accounts.
- Support agency producers with placing and processing new business and renewals.
- Retain renewals through quality service.
- Contribute to agency growth through cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and obtaining testimonials.
Performance Standards:
- Achieve agency goals for client service (zero backlogs), renewal retention, new business production, and account development (cross-selling and upselling).
- Meet productivity and collection targets.
- Support producers in driving account growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property casualty commercial lines, bond products, and risk management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relations skills.
- Property-casualty license required; college degree and industry certifications (CISR, ACSR, CIC, CPCU) preferred.
- Proficiency in agency management systems.
Duties:
- Handle all account transactions, including applications, quotations, endorsements, and billing.
- Maintain accurate client files and use the agency management system for all transactions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and producer needs.
