Position: Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management
Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite M-F)
Duration: 6+ month contract, ideally Contract to Perm Full Time Hire
Hourly Rate: 22/hr to 28/hr (slight flex based on experience)
Must Have: PXE Boot with SCCM, IT Asset Management experience, and Desktop Support.
What You Will Do:
Image computers (PXE boot with SCCM imaging).
Ship equipment, e.g. laptops and monitors, to new hires.
Validate functionality of computers for possible use.
Deploy onsite equipment.
Provide light desktop support.
Replace printer toner.
Troubleshoot equipment.
Provide end user support.
What Gets You The Job:
The blend of IT Support and IT Asset Management experience.
PXE boot and SCCM for imaging - open to similar technology experience.
Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer.
Experience working in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Active Directory.
Experience with imaging computers.
Experience with troubleshooting equipment.
Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
Ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
Eager to learn and grow.
Has good attention to detail and good work ethic.
